Thunder PTT is a push-to-talk communication platform that enables real-time voice communication between users via mobile devices, web platforms, and compatible hardware.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Thunder PTT, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Thunder PTT may process and store communications for:

• Service functionality
   
• Technical support
   
• Security monitoring
   
• Legal compliance
   

We do not actively monitor conversations unless required for security, legal, or operational purposes. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Some features of Thunder PTT may require payment.

• Fees are billed according to the selected plan.
   
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
   
• We may change pricing with prior notice.
   
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
   

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and technology associated with Thunder PTT are owned by the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
   
• Use our trademarks without written permission.
   

You retain ownership of any content you transmit via Thunder PTT.

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all devices
   

We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For non-payment
   
• For security or legal reasons
   

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

Thunder PTT is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder PTT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
   
• Unauthorized access to your communications
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Thunder PTT harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Service
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your violation of any third-party rights
   

Your use of Thunder PTT is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
